Emailing us
Write to support@offcampuz.com. Where you can, send it from the email address on your Offcampuz account. It lets us confirm the request is really yours without a round trip. Including these helps us fix things on the first reply:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18.4), and the Offcampuz version from the About section of your Account screen.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual.
- For an appeal: the enforcement notice you received, and why you think it was a mistake.
Please do not send your password. No one at Offcampuz will ever ask you for it.
Reporting content or behaviour
Every post, comment, poll, event, message, and profile has an in-app report option. That is the fastest route: it carries the context of what you are reporting, and reports are confidential. You can also block a user at any time. What we act on, and what happens after a report, is set out in the Safety Center and the Community Guidelines.
How quickly we respond
We answer general support email as quickly as we can. The timelines below are the ones we have formally committed to in policy, so you can hold us to them:
| What | When |
|---|---|

| Resolution of a grievance under India’s IT Rules, 2021 (Content & Moderation Policy) | Within 15 days |
| Complaints about non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, or morphed images (Safety Center) | Expedited: we aim to disable access within 24 hours |
| Window to appeal an enforcement decision (Content & Moderation Policy) | 30 days from the notice |
Account access and security
If you think someone else has got into your account, email support@offcampuz.com straight away so we can help you secure it. Be cautious of anyone asking you for money, gift cards, passwords, or personal details, and use a strong, unique password. Suspected scams and phishing are worth reporting even if they did not work on you.
Offcampuz is for people aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 is using it, tell us at support@offcampuz.com so we can act.
